Great News About The Atlanta Housing Market!!
Ciao from Napoli! Well here it is, my first International Edition of the nearly world famous John Adams Real Estate Update & Money Report dated 4/14/2008.
The great news today is that the PMI Real Estate Risk Index just came out, and it shows the chance of metro Atlanta residential real estate suffering any average loss in value over the next 24 months as only one in fifty. (2.0%) That's pretty good odds. My advice: buy now and lock in low interest rates. |
